The PREPHAUS Meal Prep Supper Club is where good food meets good company: a place to refuel, reset, and connect through shared effort.

Each event brings together a small group of people who care about health, wellness, balance, and growth. We prep healthy, macro-balanced meals for the week ahead while also building healthy social connections.

It’s not a class or a diet plan. It’s a practical, social way to build habits that actually stick. Because when you prepare your meals alongside others who value the same things, consistency comes naturally.

We believe well-being starts with the small stuff: what you eat, how you connect, and how you show up. Meal Prep Supper Club makes those small things simple, social, and sustainable.

FAQs

How does it work?

Just sign up and show up! The meals and shopping are all done in advance so you just show up and meal prep with everyone else that signed up.  

How many meals will I take home?

Your ticket includes 8 meals to take home for the week (typically 4 breakfasts and 4 lunches).

What makes MPSC different from other meal prep services?

It’s social. It’s structured. And it’s real food you make yourself. You’re not buying premade meals. You know exactly what you're fueling your body with, and you’re building a habit with support, accountability, and community.

Is this only for people who track macros?

No. The meals are balanced and nourishing whether you track or not. If you do track, great. If you don’t, you’ll still get high-quality, whole-food meals that help you stay consistent.

Do you offer different menu options (gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.)?

I want to offer this option and have some ideas on how to do it. If you have dietary restrictions, please reach out so we can appropriately plan.

Can I host a private or corporate session?

Yes. MPSC can run team-building events, wellness kickoffs, or private group preps. Reach out and we’ll build something that fits your group.

What does a typical menu look like?

Menus are built around whole foods, balanced macros, and simple prep. A typical session includes 4 breakfasts and 4 lunches, all designed to keep well in the fridge and taste good throughout the week.

Example menus might look like:

  • Breakfast: Breakfast hash, egg bites, or seasonal protein overnight oats

  • Lunches: High-protein chicken stew, chili with cornbread, chicken and dumplings, or a burrito bowl

Do the menus change every week?

Yes. You’ll see new recipes, seasonal ingredients, and a mix of classics and fun experiments. The rotation keeps things fresh without making the learning curve steep.
