Meal Prep Mavens is where good food meets bold women. It’s equal parts meal prep, connection, and momentum for your week. I’ll plan the menu, shop for everything, and lead the prep. You just show up, connect, and leave with healthy, macro-balanced meals and a full cup.
Jump in and cook shoulder to shoulder, or hang back, sip, and cheer from the sidelines. Either way, you’ll walk out stronger, lighter, and ready to take on your week with a little more confidence and a lot more nourishment.
About your host: Sara Davidson is a former Air Force leader turned human-performance advocate and entrepreneur. She grew up in the Midwest, where “healthy” meant finishing your plate and hydrating with Kool-Aid, and over time turned that curiosity into a passion for health, movement, and longevity.
