Meal Prep Supper Club is a feel-good mix of food, friends, and a little structure for your week. I’ll plan the menu, shop for all the ingredients, and lead the meal prep. You just show up, hang out with good people, and leave with healthy, macro-balanced meals ready to go.
Want to jump in and help cook? Awesome. Prefer to sip, chat, and cheer from the sidelines? Perfect. Either way, you’ll head home with great food, good vibes, and a little more energy for the week ahead.
About your host: Sara Davidson is a self-made recreational athlete and recovering sweet tooth. She grew up in the Midwest, where “healthy habits” were corn-fed and meant finishing your plate and washing it down with Kool-Aid.
